Shipping/Return/Exchange

SHIPPING 

Processing time after ordering can take up to 6 business days. I do my best to get your orders out as soon as I possibly can! (this does not include how long the postal service takes)

Please note there are several options for shipping: standard $6 shipping (3-6 days) does not come with tracking. If you wish to have tracking, there is a $12 option at checkout. Orders over $75 ship for free in Canada and the U.S. 

Once your parcel is dropped off at Canada Post, I am not liable for the amount of time the post office takes to deliver your item(s). I am not responsible for issues that may be caused by Canada Post, including delayed delivery, lost or stolen items.

Standard delivery time is 2-6 days - however, this can change drastically during busy times of the year.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Any order placed within 30 days is eligible for return or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must in the same condition that you received it - exceptions may be made if your item(s) arrived damaged or if there was an error on my part. 

If you're unhappy with your order once it is received, please let me know immediately so I can try to resolve any issue that was a mistake on my part.

*please note all your items are handmade - meaning there may be small imperfections such as small bubbles in the clay, slight variances of colour from what appears on screen, or other small marks. Each piece are never identical and completely unique!

If a refund or exchange is requested - buyer must pay return shipping price.

Sale items and gift-cards are non-refundable.

To complete a return or exchange, please email reyofclay@gmail.com with proof of purchase.

EXCHANGES

As long as your item(s) are in the same condition you received them in, they can be exchanged for something of equal value or store credit. To do so, email reyofclay@gmail.com -- this also applies if you received an item(s) as a gift.
